Lawyers from the United States will wish to note that MCLE accreditation of the Pacific Legal Technology Conference has been approved in these states:
Washington: Washington State Bar has approved 7.75 CLE Credits, course number 165286.
Oregon: Oregon State Bar MCLE credit - 6.75 general hours credit. Note that there is no credit given for the 60 Marketing Tips in 60 Minutes Session. (MCLE reg 5.400). Program 3356*4.
Idaho: Idaho State Bar MCLE credit - 7.75 hours CLE credits (0 ethics credit). Course number 06-1624.
California: The State Bar of California lists Idaho, Washington and Oregon as being jurisdictions with MCLE requirements which meet standards adopted by the California State Bar.
